| Requests to stop or start completed before 4pm Monday - Friday can in most cases take effect the next day. Saturday, Sunday and holiday requests should be submitted by noon.

| How can I pay for my subscription? |
| You can pay online by selecting 'Make A Payment' on the WELCOME page. You can pay over the phone by calling a customer service representative or using our automated system for the process. Call customer service at 1-800-888-3566.
You can also pay by mail with a check or credit card.

| How long or short can the term of my subscription be? |
| Subscriptions generally run 13weeks. We do offer a convenient EZ Pay plan and a longer 52-weeks term that offers a discounted rate. For details, Contact Customer Service at 1-800-888-3566 to request information on either plan or click on the EZ Pay link for further details. |
| What time will my paper be delivered? |
| Delivery in most areas is completed by:
Monday - Friday (6:00 am)
Saturday (6:30 am)
Sunday (7:00 am)

| What should I do if I miss a newspaper? |
| Redelivery (where available) of your newspaper is available: 6:30 AM - 11AM Saturday; 7 AM - 12:00 PM Sunday.

| To cancel or change a date, you will need to call Customer Service at 803-888-3566.

| What options are available to me when I temporarily stop my subscription? |
| There are several: You may donate your papers to students through the Newspaper in Education program. We can deliver your papers to you while you are away (depending on where you go). We can extend your subscription paid-through date for the number of days that you are away.
